THE CRASHING APP

What is with this app, both Friendly and Friendly + continue to crash every single time I try to use...

I think Ive had both these apps for over a year during which I have only been able to access it a couple of times.

Feature wise its great, but not so if you cant actually boot up the app to use it..

Seems like there is absolutely no support for this app because this problems is STILL not fixed going back a year ago????
